Ayahuasca Retreat – Traditional Plant Diet – Ajos Sacha
The diet that we will do is a traditional plant diet according the ancestral traditions of the Shipibo indians.
We will take the first night Ayahuasca to cleanse the stomach after which the Ajos Sacha is taken once early in the morning. The roots of this plant are used and this plant is, like the chiric sanango one of the first given to those who have never been in diet before.
Ajos Sacha is a well known and respected teacherplant within Amazonian Shamanism and used in traditional medicine for spiritual cleansing, for colds and to strenghten the body and immune system in general.
This diet we will do with Ajos Sacha is very suitable and powerful for those who work with the Medicine or for those who want to purify themselves physically, mentally and spiritually on a deep(er) level.
This plant is a powerfull defense and used against spells, black magic and bad luck.
Ajos Sacha can teach us how to cure, and during a strict diet, it´s spirit can communicate with us through the dreams, and visions when Ayahuasca is taken.
Healer: William Llerena Murayari
He got trained by Don Solon Tello from Iquitos and Jose Campos and Roni Rengifo from Pucallpa. He descends from his mothers familiy line who also were curanderos.
William says ´the songs that I sing in the healing ceremonies are the fruits of the work with the medicines. It was the mother Ayahuasca that inspired me and helps me to sing from the bottom of my Soul, the icaros, which is the language of the plants. That is why we can connect directly with the spirits, entering profoundly until the heart of the earth, the rivers and outer space, when the icaros are sung in a ceremony.´
In ceremonies William combines songs and icaros using different kind of instruments like the guitar, charango and flutes. This combination makes the ceremony very special and unique.
During the entire diet there will be done up to 4 ayahuasca healing ceremonies in our traditional ceremonyhouse (malocca) where usually Roy van der Meijs assist. He may share his own icaros that he has learned in his many years of devotion to the medicine.
The diet will be traditionally finished with a special shower with medicinal plants and flowers to´enflower the body’
This is a custom in the forest especially done after each diet and serves as a protection of the aura and to attrack prosperity and love in our lives.
